The Cashier's Office is responsible for overseeing cashiers, student accounts receivable, student loans, and CASAO Accounting. Additionally, the office also provides information on financial planning and budgets based on the schedule of tuition and fee charges for each semester.
Students are welcome to call or stop by the Cashier's Office for any questions regarding tuition, fees, or students accounts.
The Financial Aid Office assists students with the process of applying for financial aid. Staff is available to assist students with scholarship, loan, and work study information, as well as a financial aid checklist and important information about maintaining eligibility for financial aid.
Information Technology Services (located in the Forney Building) manages and provides support with UNCG student accounts, passwords, and email. ITS operates the 10 computer labs that are available for students and also provides assistance with wireless computing and general troubleshooting on students' personal computers.
Students can also purchase new business-class computer equipment at discounted prices
The SpartanCard is a student's all-in-one campus ID card. In addition to serving as a student ID, the SpartanCard is also a library card, a meal card, and a convenient form of payment across campus. If students choose to store money on their SpartanCard, they won't need a dime in their pocket to make purchases at campus dining locations, the UNCG Bookstore, or other vendors across campus.
The Student Employment Office (SEO), located in UNCG's Career Services Center (#1 EUC), believes that part-time work experience can be a valuable part of career planning, skill building, and leadership development. The office aims to be a one-stop-shop for all possible resources related to part-time employment.
Our staff provides resources and advice for finding on-campus (work study and/or non-work study) and off-campus work. The SEO manages all part-time job listings as well as the I-9 forms (employment verification) for all on-campus student employees.
